Prune, chocolate and almond spirals

Ingredients
| ¾ cup | Blanched almonds, toasted |
| 100 g | Dark chocolate, broken into chunks |
| 1 cup | Pitted prunes |
| 1 tbsp | Orange, grated rind |
| 6 sheets | Filo pastry |
| 1 tbsp | Oil spray |
| 1 to dust | Icing sugar |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 190 degC. Place almonds and chocolate in a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped. Add prunes and orange rind and pulse until just combined.
- Place a sheet of filo on a board and brush or spray with oil. Cover with another sheet of filo.
- Divide prune mixture into three, roll one portion into a log shape and place along the long side of the filo. Roll into a log, twist into a spiral shape and place on a baking tray. Brush with oil.
- Repeat with remaining filo and prune mixture. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden. Serve warm, cut in half and dusted with icing sugar.
Tip: Try these spirals for dessert with a dollop
of creamy yoghurt.
