Print Ingredients (You can click on ingredients to see more related recipes) 500 g Yellow mustard seeds 3 tsp Salt 600 ml Beer 1 cup Cider vinegar + Add to shopping list Directions Place mustard seeds in a bowl. Add salt and mix in beer and vinegar. Cover and leave mixture to soak overnight. Place half of the mustard in a food processor and pulse until seeds start to break down. Return the processed seeds to the bowl and mix well. Spoon mustard into sterilised jars and seal. Store jars in a cool area for at least 2 weeks before using. This will help the flavours to develop.
