Sparkly marshmallows

Ingredients
| 100 g | White chocolate |
| 180 g | Marshmallows, Pink and white |
| 1 to decorate | Sprinkles, or edible glitter |
Directions
- Gently melt chocolate in microwave or in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
- Dip each marshmallow in the melted chocolate, then decorate with glitter or sprinkles.
- Allow to set for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
Tip: Edible glitter is available at specialty kitchen shops. It comes in a variety of colours and you only need a small amount.
