Sparkly marshmallows

Ingredients

100 g White chocolate
180 g Marshmallows, Pink and white
1 to decorate Sprinkles, or edible glitter

Directions

  1. Gently melt chocolate in microwave or in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Dip each marshmallow in the melted chocolate, then decorate with glitter or sprinkles.
  3. Allow to set for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.

Tip: Edible glitter is available at specialty kitchen shops. It comes in a variety of colours and you only need a small amount.
