Any leftover condensed milk can be frozen for later use. Print Ingredients (You can click on ingredients to see more related recipes) ¾ cup Sugar 3 Weet-bix 1 tsp Baking powder 1 cup Flour 2 tbsp Cocoa powder ¾ cup Coconut 1 tsp Vanilla essence/extract 175 g Butter Topping 50 g Butter 2 cups Icing sugar 2 cups Coconut 200 g Sweetened condensed milk + Add to shopping list Directions Preheat oven to 180C. Place sugar, crushed Weet-Bix, baking powder, flour, cocoa and coconut in a bowl. Add combined vanilla and melted butter, mix well. Press into a greased or lined 28 x 20cm slice pan and bake for 15 minutes until cooked. Mix all topping ingredients together and quickly spread over the warm cooked base. Cut into squares.
