This recipe not only makes a delicious dip, but if you double the recipe, it can also serve as an accompaniment with roast or barbecued chicken.

Directions

  1. Place garlic, parsley, cannellini beans, olive oil, lemon juice, rind and sea salt in a food processor and pulse until well mixed but not completely smooth.
  2. Check flavours and adjust with lemon juice or salt to taste. 
  3. Spoon dip into a bowl and serve with toasted pita wedges, vegetable sticks, pretzels or the crisp treat of your choice.
