Grilled sirloin steak and stuffed mushrooms

The combination of pine nuts, feta and mushrooms makes an irresistible topping for a grilled steak.
Ingredients

| 4 slices | Wholegrain bread/toast |
| 2 tbsp | Fresh parsley |
| 1 tbsp | Olive oil |
| 2 tbsp | Pine nuts |
| 50 g | Feta cheese |
| 1 to taste | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
| 8 | Field mushrooms, stalks removed |
| 700 g | Sirloin steaks, 4 steaks |
| 1 tbsp | Olive oil |
Directions
- Place bread in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until it reaches crumb consistency. Combine crumbs with parsley, olive oil, pine nuts, crumbled feta and salt and pepper.
- Place spoonfuls of mixture in the cavity of each mushroom. Place mushrooms (with stalk removed) on an oiled oven tray and grill for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Heat a barbecue or hot plate until very hot, brush steaks with oil and season with salt and black pepper. Cook steaks for 3 minutes on each side or according to personal taste.
- Serve steak with stuffed mushrooms.
