This strong, warm dressing is fantastic drizzled over a caesar-style salad of cos lettuce, bacon, chicken and egg.

Ingredients

10 Anchovies
3 cloves Garlic
2 tsp Capers
¼ cup Olive oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice
¼ cup Parsley

Directions

  1. Place anchovies, garlic, parsley, capers, olive oil and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Warm over a gentle heat, stirring often.
  2. Drizzle the warm dressing over a hearty chicken and grilled vegetable salad.
