Directions

  1. Season fish with salt and pepper, then lay in the base of a large flat dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine juice of two limes, crushed garlic, fish sauce and sweet chilli sauce, then brush this mixture over the fish.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook fish for 2 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle fish with sesame seeds and serve with a green salad and lime wedges.
