Scroggin mix is great for a snack on the go. The combination of nuts and dried fruit is delicious and this recipe is quick and easy to assemble. Perfect for school lunches or afternoon snacks.

|1 cup||Peanuts, blanched|
|1 cup||Sunflower seeds|
|1 cup||Pretzel, bows|
|½ cup||Dried cranberries, sweetened|
|½ cup||Banana chips|
|1 cup||Chocolate bits|
|½ cup||Raisins, yoghurt-coated|
- Preheat oven to 180 degC. Place peanuts and almonds in a roasting dish and cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
- Add sunflower seeds and continue to cook a further 3 to 5 minutes until nuts are golden. Set aside and allow to cool.
- Once nuts are completely cold, mix with remaining ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
