Directions

  1. Season white-flesh fish portions on both sides with salt and pepper. Wrap one slice of prosciutto around each portion of fish, hiding two basil leaves in each wrap of prosciutto.
  2. Heat a little oil in a large, nonstick frying pan. Add fish parcels and cook over a medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of fish fillets.
  3. Serve immediately with green salad.
