|2 tbsp||Sweet chilli sauce|
|410 g||Apricot halves|
- Preheat oven to 210 degC. Place chicken breasts (skinless) in an oven pan.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Spoon this mixture over chicken breasts to coat.
- Drain the apricots and reserve a quarter cup of the juice. Scatter the apricot halves around the chicken breasts and pour over the reserved juice.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Scatter with parsley and serve with the pan juices.
