Friday night steak and salsa
A delicious and easy way to entertain friends and family on a Friday night. Enjoy this steak over a glass of red wine.

|4||Beef rump steaks|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
|½ tsp||Tabasco sauce|
- Brush the steaks with oil, then sprinkle with the paprika and a little black pepper and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, onion, capsicum, tabasco sauce and coriander. Season and add lime juice to taste.
- Sear steaks in a very hot nonstick frying pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Leave to rest for a few minutes then serve with the salsa, some oven fries and a salad.
