Directions

  1. Mix finely grated parmesan with breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, crushed garlic and lemon rind. Using a rolling pin, flatten each of the pork steaks between two pieces of plastic food wrap, then coat each steak in the breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook pork steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until they are golden and cooked through.
  3. Serve with mashed potato and greens.
