Pork ribs in chili marmalade sauce
Serve this distinctive dish with stir-fried greens and rice or noodles.

|1½ kg||Pork ribs|
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|290 g||Tomato puree|
|¾ cup||Orange marmalade|
- Place ribs in a large sealable plastic bag.
- Mix crushed garlic, soy sauce, tomato puree, chopped chilli and marmalade together and pour over ribs. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight if possible.
- Preheat oven to 180ºC. Place ribs in a roasting dish. Cook, turning often until well done.
