This yummy recipe using licorice allsorts is a new twist on an old favourite; lolly cake.

Directions

  1. Place biscuits in the bowl of a food processor and process to fine crumbs. Add melted butter and condensed milk, and pulse until well mixed.
  2. Transfer biscuit mixture to a bowl and mix in chopped licorice allsorts.
  3. Press mixture into a 30 x 20cm slice pan and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Combine icing sugar and cocoa in a bowl and mix in butter and enough boiling water to make a spreadable icing. Ice slice and allow to set before cutting into pieces
