Asparagus with Garlic, Almonds and Soy
This dish is simply scrumptious served with barbecued or grilled meat straight off the barbecue.

|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|2 tsp||Sesame seeds|
|2 tsp||Rice bran oil|
- Place soy and almonds in a bowl. Leave to sit for 15 minutes Heat oils in a large frying pan.
- Toss almonds for 5 minutes, without burning. Add garlic (halved lengthways) to the pan. Cook 1 minute more.
- Add asparagus to the pan along with ¼ cup cold water and cook, tossing for 3 to 5 minutes until asparagus is just tender.
