Traditionally, Eton mess is made with strawberries and without the curd.

- Remove stems from the raspberries if they are still intact.
- Mix berries and tiny meringues (or crush larger meringues) into whipped cream, setting some aside for garnish.
- Gently fold the curd through the cream, allowing it to stay as ripples.
- Spoon the mixture into 4 glasses and chill until ready to serve. Top with remaining raspberries and meringues.
