Directions

  1. Remove stems from the raspberries if they are still intact.
  2. Mix berries and tiny meringues (or crush larger meringues) into whipped cream, setting some aside for garnish.
  3. Gently fold the curd through the cream, allowing it to stay as ripples.
  4. Spoon the mixture into 4 glasses and chill until ready to serve. Top with remaining raspberries and meringues.
