|1 clove||Fresh garlic|
|2 tsp||Rosemary leaves|
|500 g||Beef mince|
|1 tbsp||Tomato sauce|
|1 tbsp||Worcestershire sauce|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
|8 pieces||Streaky bacon|
- Preheat oven to 180C. Place onion, garlic and rosemary in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Mix onion mixture with the mince, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
- Line 8 muffin cups with a bacon rasher and fill will a mound of beef mixture. Fold bacon over the top. Bake for 30 minutes until cooked through. Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
