Spanish tomato bread

Directions

  1. Crush garlic with the sea salt. Mix garlic and salt with the oil.
  2. Slice the rustic bread, eg ciabatta into thick slices and cook on a barbecue grill until well toasted.
  3. Drizzle garlic oil over the bread.
  4. Slice tomatoes in half and rub the flesh generously over the bread, squeezing the juice from the tomatoes as you do so. Serve as is, or with a basil leaf.
