Spanish tomato bread

Spanish tomato bread is a tasty way to start your meal.

|½ tsp||Sea salt|
|¼ cup||Extra virgin olive oil|
|1 loaf||Ciabatta bread|
|1 optional||Basil leaf|
- Crush garlic with the sea salt. Mix garlic and salt with the oil.
- Slice the rustic bread, eg ciabatta into thick slices and cook on a barbecue grill until well toasted.
- Drizzle garlic oil over the bread.
- Slice tomatoes in half and rub the flesh generously over the bread, squeezing the juice from the tomatoes as you do so. Serve as is, or with a basil leaf.
