Fruity yoghurt whip
Your kids will love this delicious and healthy snack, perfect for those hot summer days. Preparation: 10min plus time to freeze.
|1½ cups||Apricot yoghurt|
|½ tsp||Vanilla essence/extract|
- Place yoghurt, banana, berries and vanilla in the blender and whizz until smooth.
- Pour into 4 small plastic containers with lids. Cover and freeze overnight or until solid.
- Pack into lunchboxes with a spoon and a chiller pad.
