Your kids will love this delicious and healthy snack, perfect for those hot summer days. Preparation: 10min plus time to freeze.

Ingredients

1½ cups Apricot yoghurt
1 Banana
1 cup Berries
½ tsp Vanilla essence/extract

Directions

  1. Place yoghurt, banana, berries  and vanilla in the blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 small plastic containers with lids. Cover and freeze overnight or until solid.
  3. Pack into lunchboxes with a spoon and a chiller pad.
