Preparation: 10min plus time to freeze. Print Ingredients 1½ cups Apricot yoghurt 1 Banana 1 cup Berries ½ tsp Vanilla essence/extract + Add to shopping list Directions Place yoghurt, banana, berries and vanilla in the blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into 4 small plastic containers with lids. Cover and freeze overnight or until solid. Pack into lunchboxes with a spoon and a chiller pad.
