Spicy corn fritters 25/2/2011 Your Rating: Ratings: No ratings yet Make a Comment Add to Favourites 2 Serves 30 Print Ingredients 4 Spring onions 2 tsp Red curry paste 400 g Corn kernels ¼ cup Flour 2 Eggs 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Fish sauce 3 tbsp Rice bran oil 30 optional Basil leaves + Add to shopping list Directions Mix the spring onions, curry paste, corn and flour in a bowl. Add lightly whisked eggs, soy sauce and fish sauce and mix to combine. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and cook heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture until golden on both sides.
