You will love this yummy dessert, and with no baking required, it's a quick one too!
Ingredients
| 1 cup | Strawberries |
| 2 tbsp | Caster sugar |
| 1 tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 2 tsp | Gelatine |
| 1 cup | Sparkling rose |
Directions
- Roughly chop strawberries (reserving 2 for garnish) and mix them in a bowl with the sugar and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle gelatine over 1 tablespoon of water in a small heatproof bowl. Place the bowl in a larger bowl that has a little boiling water in it and leave until the gelatine is liquid.
- Combine liquid gelatine with strawberries and pour in rosé.
- Pour jelly into glasses, evenly distributing strawberries, and refrigerate to set.
