You will love this yummy dessert, and with no baking required, it's a quick one too!

Ingredients

1 cup Strawberries
2 tbsp Caster sugar
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Gelatine
1 cup Sparkling rose

Directions

  1. Roughly chop strawberries (reserving 2 for garnish) and mix them in a bowl with the sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Sprinkle gelatine over 1 tablespoon of water in a small heatproof bowl. Place the bowl in a larger bowl that has a little boiling water in it and leave until the gelatine is liquid.
  3. Combine liquid gelatine with strawberries and pour in rosé.
  4. Pour jelly into glasses, evenly distributing strawberries, and refrigerate to set.
