Grilled peaches with yoghurt & almonds

The perfect dessert - the peaches go beautifully with the yoghurt, and the almonds give a delightful kick.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut peaches in half and remove stones.
  2. Melt together the butter with the brown sugar and brush liberally over the cut side of the peaches.
  3. Grill or barbecue peaches until just tender.
  4. Serve the peaches with a dollop of yoghurt and sprinkle with almonds.
