Your family will love this easy stir-fry - leave plenty of time for the beef to marinate.

Ingredients

450 g Beef steaks
2 tsp Ginger
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 cloves Garlic
2 tsp Sesame oil
4 pieces Spring onions
2 Green capsicum
1 cup Mung bean sprouts
2 tbsp Oil

Directions

  1. Place the beef, ginger, soy sauce, garlic (crushed) and sesame oil in a shallow container and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer if possible.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook meat in batches over a high heat until well-coloured. Remove meat from the pan and reduce heat, add spring onions(sliced) and capsicums(seeds removed and sliced) and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Return meat to the pan with sprouts, reserving a few sprouts for garnish. Toss until meat is hot and serve with rice or noodles and remaining sprouts on top.
