Cheese & Olive Puffs
( SERVES 18 )
Serve with olives as a snack, or as part of a meal. To make it kid-friendly, substitute the olives for whatever suits their taste.

|3 sheets||Butter puff pastry|
|½ cup||Parmesan cheese|
|½ cup||Tasty cheese|
|¼ cup||Green olives pitted|
|1 to taste||Black pepper - ground|
1. Preheat oven to 200C. Mix together the grated cheeses, cumin, olives and pepper. Roll the pastry to 5mm thick and cut out circles of 9cm diameter.
2. Place a little filling on one side of the rounds, wet the edges with a little water and fold over to form a half circle, pressing the edges together, then crimp with a fork.
3. Place on a cold baking tray and bake for around 7 minutes or until golden and puffed.
