These delicious meatballs are great to freeze - serve with your favourite salad. Preparation: 20min. Cooking: 15min. Makes: 35

Directions

  1. Place mince in a bowl and combine with cumin, coriander, finely chopped garlic, smoked  paprika, oregano, lemon rind of a lemon and juice ( either sqeeze from the lemon or use cooking lemon juice). Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roll mixture into small walnut-size balls.
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook meatballs in batches until golden and cooked through. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
