Print Ingredients (You can click on ingredients to see more related recipes) 400 g Linguine pasta 25 g Butter 2 cloves Garlic ½ Red capsicum ½ cup White wine 40 Clams 1 tbsp Chives + Add to shopping list Directions Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook linguine for 8 minutes or until just tender. At the same time melt butter in a saucepan and gently cook chopped garlic and capsicum for 5 minutes. Season with salt. Increase heat and add wine and clams, cover pan and cook for 4 minutes, shaking at times until clams have opened. Discard any that don't open. Drain linguine and combine with clams and chives. Serve in 4 bowls.
