Serves 4

Ingredients

2 sachets Acai puree, (100g each)
1 Banana
½ cup Frozen berries
2 tbsp Yoghurt
½ tbsp Honey
1 bottle Apple juice, (enough apple juice to make the correct consistency)

Directions

  1. Defrost the acai puree then pour into a blender.
  2. Add the chopped banana, berries, yoghurt and honey. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste for sweetness and add more honey if necessary, then blend while pouring in enough apple juice to create the consistency of a smoothie. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
