This spread makes the ultimate Hawaiian sandwich. Spread on fresh bread cut with a cookie cutter – ideal for little hands.

|250 g||Cream cheese, softened (don’t use spreadable cream cheese as it won’t hold up)|
|227 g||Canned crushed pineapple, drained|
|1 cup||Cheese, grated|
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or mash with a fork.
- Store covered for up to a week.
Tip: Sandwich with shaved smokey ham or sliced cucumber, or add thinly sliced salami for a pizza-flavoured sandwich!
