Use a bottle of bubbles as the base for this recipe, and add cucumber, grapefruit juice and ginger. This recipe was shared by Viva photographer Babiche Martens.

|1||Cucumber, large, sliced thinly with skin on|
|10 cm||Ginger, peeled and thinly sliced|
|6||Radishes, large, thinly sliced|
|1 cup||Pink grapefruit, juice|
|1 bottle||Dry bubbles|
- Combine cucumber, ginger, radishes and grapefruit juice in the server.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Add bubbles, stir gently, add ice and serve.
